On Site Construction Stage

Delivery

To reinforce our commitment to our customers, we maintain a company controlled trucking fleet for the delivery of our products - a step which gives us the ability to control freight costs and insure that we meet your delivery deadlines.

Once bundled and loaded, al materials are kept under cover until they reach your off load site. Sensitive materials such as windows, are shipped in special containers for added protection.

Field Support

On-site help begins when the delivery driver first helps unload and organize your materials. Our fleet of drivers are experience in log home site organization and can help inventory the materials delivered and organize material set-up on site. One full day of free on-site technical assistance is provided to all Jim Barna customers either by an experienced representative from our factory or by your local log home distributor.

On-Going Technical Support

On-going technical support and expertise from the Staff at Jim Barna can help customers and their builders avoid many of the pitfalls that can slow projects and cause budget overages. A toll-free phone call puts you and your builder in any time with professional consulting help if any questions arise during construction...a call that can save time and money on your project.

Maintenance Support

Our log elements are dipped in a solution which provides a temporary surface treatment for control of mold, stain and mildew until a permanent weather preservative can be applied during construction. Because of the wide variance of environments, home site location, insect and decay concerns, Jim Barna Systems recommends you consult with your Jim Barna representative for choice of available finished and for simple maintenance program for your log home.
