  5. Joist Bridging: 1" x 4"
  6. Girders: (3) 2" x 12" with 2" ledgers
  7. Subfloor: 3/4" tongue & groove waferboard

Second Floor

  1. 2nd Floor Joists: 4" x 8" dressed beams
  2. 2nd Floor Girders: Engineered beams, as required
  3. 2nd Floor Decking: 2" x 6" tongue & groove decking
  4. Heavy Timber Wall Ties with hardware, as required
  5. Rafter Plate: 2" x 6"
